If it helps, no person is an illegal immigrant. They are *undocumented.* The IRS makes it easy by comparison to get the docs you need to pay taxes. Nobody makes it easy to get the docs you need for a work permit, green card, etc. Enforcement of docs is really uneven if there is money to be made
