Failing at basic gun safety in multiple ways.
1. NEVER point a gun at someone unless you intend to shoot them.
2. ALWAYS clear the chamber before anything else
3. NEVER take the safety off unless you intend to fire.

Of all the things for which America is viewed unfavourably around the world (the list is growing), the general acceptance of self-destruction through gun rights is by far the most wild to me. Sandy Hook should have been the turning point.

Law enforcement have many accidental shootings each year that could easily be stopped if the were trained in the "Basic Rules of Firearm Safety" and accuracy instead of of speed shooting.
