Why is it NOT the NARRATIVE that these people's MERIT is what got THEM HIRED & They just happen to be in the diversity category I mean look at the MERIT of this current administration it's just WHITE MALE MAGA WHO'S NOT THE BEST NOR BRIGHTEST
imo one bit companies should probably keep in mind is people like lgbtq/allies etc who feel personally abandoned as many companies show their opportunistic nature are likely to hold a grudge for much longer than most people bitching about DEI/inclusive merchandise etc, who actually never truly cared
