I read 2 stories recently - one of a woman facing yrs in prison for pouring hot liquid on her husband’s genitals after finding out he sexually abused their daughter, and one of a man hailed a hero for beating his kid’s sexual abuser nearly to death (no charges filed).

Good for her, why the hell are taxpayer dollars and resources being wasted on trying to punish that woman for this. WAY bigger fish to fry, this is completely wasteful. It’s not like the guy felt it, and most certainly deserved it.
