There is a real risk of going back to the table without a strike authorization vote in hand. If we did I imagine the employers would immediately identify our lack of additional leverage & ask us what gains we want removed in favor of something different. Basically shuffling the cards.

It’s from 2023. Looks like they ratified on the third TA and never struck. (Third time’s the charm?) I can’t speak to the quality of it among the other specificities you’re asking, but there are more examples out there. 2023 was a huge year for Union wins.
I suppose it comes down to an individual union's internal process? Perhaps something to consider addressing in our constitution once we're on the other side of this.
