If the decision settlement is being destroyed in front of our eyes then it should work both ways. Scottish government should now take control of reserved matters, including the right to have a referendum.

Labour undermining Scottish democracy! The people of Scotland voted twice for devolution in referendums in 1978 when yes won 52% and again in 1997 when it was endorsed by 74%. When were Scots asked if the Labour Government could undermine the will of the people of Scotland?
