they told me that the issue with SS#s in my state being flagged for login is big enough that they have a dedicated team working on it and a separate phone number. Now I have a case number and someone is supposed to call me back in 24/48 hours. I have no idea what is behind this issue.
That's terrifying! I haven't heard anything further since the EO rolled out. Hopefully, it gets resolved quickly. And maybe this will be enough to bring suit against certain parties. Especially since it can't just be MO that's affected
I’m not sure what it’s about. Either MO has something messed up or something is messed up on the national level. I was told there were a large number of people affected, hence the dedicated team on LexisNexis. I’m still waiting to hear from someone on our case.
Not gonna lie. I’ve begun to wonder the same thing. The SS# flag wasn’t a thing until after the weekend. It could be totally unrelated but it leaves the door open for questioning.

I tried a login was on Thurs with someone from Medicaid on the phone line while I did it. When it didin’t work she told me someone would contact me on Monday.
When I didn’t hear back I called on Tuesday, was bounced around for 2.5 hours & that was when I learned that a new wrinkle was the SS# flag.
