The 1985 version was by 'World of Wonder'. It had eyes plus mouth that opened and closed. It also had the tape player in his back. The 1992 was by Playskool. It was smaller from the previous toy without the internal tape player.

My family got me the 2nd because at the time the 1st broke & outdated.
