Skin biopsies are simple quick procedures that take only a few minutes and involve minimal discomfort. In my dept results are back in 2-3 days. Usually we #dermatologists will know the diagnosis at the time of the biopsy and can provide reassurance. Not medical advice.

Yeah it wasn’t too bad; but the doctor was a JERK!!!! Didn’t listen to me at all and kept talking over me 🙄

I know it's a scary step and it's especially scary not knowing what the result will be. But it's very important that you're taking this step. The biopsy will lead to a diagnosis, and diagnosis will lead to appropriate treatment. Without the biopsy, you won't get the correct care that you need.

It’s usually 1-2 weeks! I think the longest I’ve waited is 10 days
