Yup! Found out the ‘truth’ below and gave up on those tablets ages ago. Powder & a cheap rinse-aid! Also, with smart use of a little water & one drop of dishwashing liquid in your sink, you can, in secs get cutlery and crockery to a state where express washes are the norm! https://youtu.be/Ll6-eGDpimU?si=pe5XpbxPiMtE3_WW

At least their pouches are cheap compared to everyone else. Just get the cheapest ones they have. Then you can add a little powder to the pre -wash and a little goes a very long way.

Up here in Seattle, I get it at Fred Meyer. Had a new dishwasher installed and the installer told me to use this stuff instead of anything else.

I concur. Been using the cheapest powder with rincing agent since. Have the cleanest dishes ever.
Oh, and I’m lazy, I get the cheap Kirckland brand pucks.

I do have those cheap Costco pouches too and then add some of this to the prewash thing so the first cycle.

No pre-rinsing dishes for the win.

I moved to the Technology Connections dishwashing protocol a few months ago and haven't looked back.
