This is a good thread from @jay.bsky.social on why there’s no block button on here yet. Just a reminder how complicated it can be rolling out a seemingly simple product features and how much thought goes into this stuff!

this is not true — jeromy was not here for the decision to do mutes and not blocks. the team was just 4 people then, and we did mutes and not blocks because the federation architecture was not finished, and blocking requires cooperation across all entities in a network

A PBLLC is a for-profit limited liability entity intended to promote a general or specific social public benefit.
Button is on the roadmap.
