I'm sorry what's a mask ban ? If I as an individial choose to wear a mask in public crowded places, so I don't get a cold, flu or Covid will I not be allowed to ? Someone i know got Covid recently in NYC, and he was laid up for a few days. I would rather not get sick

I was vaccinated for the flu and just got it. I also have asthma and it has taken me 3 weeks to recover and my doctor suspects it’ll take 3 more for a full recovery. I wont be able to go anywhere and I would never want anyone to go thru what I’m going thru
