I watched the whole video and I must say that I agree with you on much of what you say. Some not and I am not sure that I come to the same conclusions. The law seems well intentioned but flawed. The last four years shows that online censorship has been a tool of the left and is dangerous.

It doesn't become better when it is wielded by the right. I also believe that minors should be protected. Your conclusion is not what I would champion. Any content with minors, I believe, should not be able to be monetized at all. In all ways, including social media companies themselves.

Restricting access to anyone filming and posting others without permission makes it much harder to exploit the poor and handicapped. But also limits actual journalists. Which I am against. But I also don't consider any activist a journalist. You are an activist, not a journalist, btw.

If we adults are invested only in goals that benefit ourselves and our peers then we are neglecting children. I personally believe it is a universal truth that adults, myself and anybody above 18 rn, it is our responsibility to always act to the best of our ability with the future generations
