To me, the beauty of visiting Wellington is that I can stay in an outlying burb and just train into the CBD, walk around all day coz it is so compact then train back to where I am staying.

slowly? I think you mean going 10k over the limit towards a red light, slamming your breaks on, taking 20 years to get up to speed again when the light goes green, and doing the same thing at every intersection
