My favorite thing about Gulasch is how different it is depending upon where you were raised and whether or not it’s ‘Traditional’ or ‘American.’ Yours looks GOOD!
Thank you very much! It was very good indeed and tomorrow it will be even better. I dont think its close to a traditional one. I created the recipe myself through try and error and it changed over time and with cost of ingredients. This one is made with butter fryed onions, roasted pork.
And 0.5+ liter of dry red wine + spices and chilli. Then i let it cook for a bit. Then adding mushrooms and potatoes. Let it cook again. Then bell pepper and finaly, at the very end i add finely minced garlic, a bit mustard and tomato paste before i thicken the sauce.
