Interesting that no one seems to remember we (USA, Allies) instituted total blockades of the Axis powers in WWII. No food, no medicine, nothing. And this was after a sneak attack on a MILITARY INSTALLATION, not intentionally targeting unarmed men, women, and CHILDREN.
