If you already can things then it would definitely be cheaper because you wouldn’t have to buy any canning supplies and baked beans are relatively cheap to make!!

That is true! 😃 I could also potentially make smaller, “single serve” jars of beans (like maybe 125ml or 250ml?) cuz I don’t generally eat a ton of beans at once; the leftover beans are currently still in my fridge from the other night’s jacket potato experience. OMG 125ml beans would be so cute! 😂

In the uk you can get small one serve tins of beans and also single serve microwave pots of beans that come in a pack of 4 so you only have to use what you need. I generally only use half a tin of beans and leave the rest in the tin and put them in the fridge for a second meal the next day!!

They are really convenient if you’re making a meal for one or if you just need to a quick meal!! The only issue I have with them is that they are a bit expensive, but then you do always pay more for convenience!! 🤷🏻‍♀️
