Since there’s a lack of “do the right thing” leadership out there these days, a suggestion:
If you’re a leader in any capacity, you have to support people even if they don’t like you.

We shouldn’t be striving to be *disliked* but it happens, and you have a responsibility to people regardless.
If you’re unwilling to do hard things to support your team or broader organization, it might not be the right job.
