Rather than growth at all costs we should be asking which sectors need to grow (renewables, public transport) and what we can do without (Heathrow third runway, Sizewell C).

Here’s some good news though (at least for now) in #Norfolk

The suggested legislation reduces challenges from three (Which can cost £Millions and delay Years). To One.
We do need to move forward with the identified areas, agreed, but the hindering by over zealous NIMBY must be tempered.
