Before I retired last year, I ran a small training dept in the pharma industry. I wouldn’t even have had time to adequately assess who to let go out of 11 ppl if I had to do it as quickly as #Muskrat is doing. There’s ZERO chance any downsizing is being done correctly or well-it’s just slash & burn!
