Yep, donate at least some of your tithing directly through mutual aid.

If you insist on donating to Church-based Charities out of some concern, donate to well vetted purpose-based charities that are verified not to discriminate against any marginalized groups or require test of religion.

My area (which I am sadly moving from soon) has a cross-denominational program that runs one of the two largest food pantries in town.

There is also a cross-denomination religious run soup kitchen that is known not to require test of worship or discriminate.

Specifically mostly among gods of sex and fertility. Inanna/Ishtar is one of the most famous examples. So many "castrated men" in her clergy, which is pretty much all trans women had in terms of gender affirming healthcare for most of human existence.
