I stopped using my fitbit once I calibrated my sleep.
- Do physical activities every day
- Go for a 1h walk 2h before sleep
- Warm enough shower after the walk
- DO NOT TAKE PHONE/LAPTOP, just go to sleep

Biggest improvement for me is regular exercise.

It takes a bit of work for me to get good sleep. If is slip up on sleep hygiene the night before then I’ll sleep poorly. It sucks.
