agree. i find contentment in fact 2+2=4. is a Zen to be found in peer test reviewed laws of physics. you can count on these things to always be true, never lie, are never frauds, not optional. scientific fact is the best foundation to build our best society. ☮️
When I was in high school, I couldn’t put down Carl Sagan’s Cosmos. I loved every page. I devoured OMNI, Scientific American, and Popular Science—they filled my head with wonder and made me dream about the future. Those were the sparks that lit my imagination as a young man. The core object of mathematics/cognition is the continuum, which is structured by the process of making distinctions / postulating axioms, hereby constructing highly abstract systems.
Science is all about making human life better, the misuse of scientific advances are what can lead to human life getting worse, not the science itself.
You appear to be mixing up religion and spirituality, spirituality is being concerned with the human spirit as opposed to material or physical things. So art and music are spiritual things, but so could be the wonder of discovering new planets and increasing the quality of human life.
I'd take it a step further that you can find the science through fully understanding Spirituality. Once you see and understand Mediums, Channelers, Shaman, you can find the science in their abilities.
I dont know. Why dont you look up papers from Neuro scientists and their findings. I'm not "science only" based as I use to be years ago. You can also view the series called "Bliss up: Exploring Energy the Ultimate Healer".
How can one know things like black holes, quasars, neutron stars, and supernovae exist and NOT be completely in awe and terror of our natural world, in a spiritually fulfilling way?
