I'm confused as to how 101 out of 238 can be considered "deported under regular immigration procedures" when they were sent to a supermax prison in 3rd party country. Isn't "deported" by definition being sent back to country of origin? Do we know if those are scheduled to be sent home?

It’s a shell game to evade the court order. The plane containing these men likely left later, so they’re saying they were sent under an authority that was not enjoined by the judge.
