"60 hours is the sweet spot of productivity" is as laughable as that time an academic insisted that they regularly worked 100 hour weeks

real talk: I often work more than 32 hours a week, but left to myself, 32 is my sweet spot for idea production, good commenting on writing, good teaching etc
