How about making taxpayers shoulder the burden from students that signed legal contracts to pay off the loans being unconstitutional?
If the Biden regime were honest about the price of higher education, they would work to lower tuition costs.

I literally heard resentment many people that had either paid off their student loans or had never gone to college. Others had paid for their own trade education, and tools.
They resented it as just another government giveaway.
1) College loans should be low-interest
2) College is too expensive, mostly due to administrative costs
3) Trade and vocational education is just as important as college
4) Kids need to choose their majors wisely so they can make a living
Still, my point is not everyone should or would go to college. Therefore it shouldn’t be taxpayer funded.
In any case, your argument is meaningless because it could just as easily be applied to k-12. Do you want to remove public funding of that, too? We need to get with the times.
Higher education is not for everyone. Stop asking the government to pay.
What if Congress passed a law that said a portion of all student loans should be forgiven. Would you be ok with that?
See? I’m not unreasonable.
