Got a second stripe today.
Started in September. Had about 4 weeks off for sickness since, and 2 weeks off for Europe.
Going pretty strong I suppose. Cardio is my weakness. So if I get that stronger then I won’t struggle nearly as much with the upper belts I’m going against.
