Well, it could work if you worked for a large prominent organization everybody knows the url of already, but for everyone else it's kind of useless. You'd also have to have the team managing the domain constantly update the dns record to show new employees / remove old ones. Needs https://id.me or similar

Journalists, officials, celebrities, etc definitely... but the last thing I want to see is bluesky start handing out badges to random people just because they've managed to collect followers via followback.
