If I could, I'd make some migas right now.
I think I only have eggs and a dream in my fridge rn.
There's an quick and easy version of it I can make with corn tortillas, diced onions, diced green peppers, black pepper & salt.
Pão na chapa and pingado, these two go along really well with each other, the first Is basically a bread that you pass a bit of butter and use the frying pan to form a bit of a crust and the second is just milk with Brazilian coffee and a bit of sugar depending on your taste.
Slice potatoes, throw them into a pain with salt and pepper, add some bacon to taste.
Then crack a bunch of eggs, add salt, pepper, nice cheese and whisk it all together, dump it into your potato pan, let it cook, and then eat it straight out of the pan with fresh bread
In Canada we have the same breakfast cereals as in the states, except we don't get half the American colours because they use artificial dyes and chemicals in them, that the rest of the world wouldn't use in pesticide never mind eat...good morning!
Im technically from the US, but growing up in a viet household... Iced dark coffee and condensed milk, spam + rice + eggs? I had this wayyyy too much as a kid when my whole extended family shared a single household.
Not sure about whole country, but that's my favorite breakfast in a village my father's family was from - crepes and skillet full of fried pork and eggs with choped onions and spices. You put some meat and/or egg whites in a crepe then dip crepe in a yolk.
I've just been making scrambled eggs and buttered toast. Personally I like to season my eggs with garlic powder and Italian seasoning as well as salt and pepper
The absolutely incredible "pão de queijo" or, cheese bread here in Brazil. Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside; just pure cheesy deliciousness.

Baleadas.
Flour tortilla filled "refried" red beans and Honduran mantequilla and crumbled Honduran cheese. You can add more stuff but that’s optional !
Very typical as a breakfast!!
The size may differ xD
Bacon & eggs with hashbrowns, toast, and coffee.
Waffles, especially with fruit and/or whipped cream.
Ok I’ll leave now
for those confused: it's uber regulated here so it's safe as long as you eat it same day
