Why is this entire administration narcissistic idiots cosplaying in cabinet roles?

Everyone one of them seems to be playing a role that is far beyond their skills and are focused on makeup, photo ops, and sound bites (which are often inaccurate but they’ll “correct” them quietly later if at all)
