At the very end, "issue new guidance protecting whistleblowers," seems like more than a coincidence considering that the Trump DoJ just dropped charges against Dr. Eithan Haim, the "whistleblower" doctor who leaked gender-affirming care data from Texas Children's Hospital to Chris Rufo.
