For the most well-known option, that would obviously be the Xbox accessibility controller, which is available for $99 USD however you need to have switches already in your home for this to work to program the buttons to your specific needs and I will be showing where to get those
Here is a Reddit thread on resources for getting switches at a reasonable price and also includes maker groups, which specialize in making assistive technology as attainable as possible for us disabled people
For another resource in terms of controllers, I recommend “evil controllers” they’re a super dope company that wants to make gaming as accessible as possible! You can always just email them if something that you’re looking for isn’t on their website
Another option that I highly recommend is this designed for Xbox low mobility controller by 8bitdo. Included in the purchase of the controller is two switches that are compatible with the Xbox disability controller mentioned above so that is a huge bonus
If you need to control games with your voice, steam has a program called voice attack that does just that! I’ve used it several times after being given it by a friend and it’s a little wonky for me, but I’ve made it work when I needed to

I know Amazon is gross, but they don’t sell it on their official website, unfortunately
