Japanese Hamburger plate. I stole the eggplant on the rice from my husband.
The burger Paddy is fluffy and awesome. Reminds one of meatloaf a little. I wasn't in the mood for Japanese curry like my boys tonight, but this dish always hits the spot for comfort.
