I could never give up dairy especially pizza. Many’s the time I’ve rolled down my window while passing a herd of cattle and shouted at the calves to stop drinking our milk.
Of course you know that the “needless harm” with dairy cattle consists of aborting the fetus to redirect the milk to our consumption, a moral compromise to be sure, but as I point out in my forthcoming book, dairy cattle in the Western World are so domesticated they could not survive in the wild.
