2/ But not being educated about FND, not working alongside people living with FND and listening to them, learning from them and always being open to new ideas and research.... you can also do so much harm. First of all, I have to kick off the with physio and OT consensus recommendations.

3/ The OT consensus guidelines by Clare Nicholson and colleagues https://jnnp.bmj.com/content/91/10/1037 are not only superbly written I would say it is the best written and most useful OT article I have seen in ANY DOMAIN OF PRACTICE. It's literally a starter's guide that will get you on the right track.

4/ There are also PT guidelines, also excellent by Glenn Nielsen and colleagues https://jnnp.bmj.com/content/86/10/1113. Both are free. Top tip: Scroll down in the OT guidelines and click on "supplementary material" for the "long version" with even more detail.
