Have you tried any of the Block Lists? They help you get ahead start on the blocking the idiots.
Do a search for blocklist. There are a bunch out there. I think ‪@lady-umbrielle.bsky.social‬ has a pretty comprehensive list in different groupings. I thought I had it bookmarked but I don't see it.
