If the doctors and nurses are properly docu.enting the miscarriage, they should be okay. But, in states that are zealous about enforcing these bans, I can understand the hesitancy. They need to hurry up and amend this law or get it overturned.

This woman’s needless loss of life really pisses me off. Her doctors picked their career over her life. They violated their Hippocratic Oath to “do no harm” by failing to deliver proper medical care! This is exactly why legislators should not pass legislation involving medical decisions.
