“Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power” is true—but judges *do* get to decide whether the power is legitimate. If courts determine the power is illegitimate, they can enjoin it. But Trumpists are rejecting this check & proclaiming legitimacy for whatever they do. #fascism
