Thanks Ryan, really appreciate the tips. I have switched to Zotero and a friend got me started on Obsidian and Bibtex for cross referbceing today (Thanks @carljoseph.bsky.social).

I genuinely use it for everything that I'm not using Obsidian for. :D With the qmd-as-md plugin for Obsidian, you can open any RStudio project folder as a vault and edit QMDs easily. Plus, course assignments, slide decks, websites, you name it. And it looks so dang *clean*.

Can't reiterate the #Quarto (whether #R or Jupyter user) enough. The ROI is insanely high.
I’m using Scrivener as my writing tool and compiling with pandoc, citeproc, etc.
