If we privatize and someone like bezos buys us for our offices and fleets, they’d probably let us keep our jobs but for a lot less and less protection. They’d cut out the union for sure.

Exactly what I thought when I got the job in 2006. The contract we have says no layoffs for anyone over 6 years in. So, they might be the ones they go after if the pos wants to follow our union backed deal. But if not, he’ll probably push for privatization asap and we would be fucked.
