As convicted felon Donald Trump well knows, fraud is a crime. Despite his claim that DOGE has found billions of dollars of fraud and abuse, I've yet to see any evidence. All I've seen so far are examples of expenditures Trump disagrees with. He may not like them, but that hardly makes them crimes.
