I remember as soon as I was 16 I was working 19 hours days in banquet activities, like six wedding receptions or "daughters of the revolution" events, I should've been studying
& it's like he doesn't hear himself when he says "we want to attract successful business"
2/ by saying only those few words also says,
"Because we're sure as hell not going to produce them here"
Neglecting education in the former slave states has been a staple, er bread & butter for local govts day to day activities
like testing 3rd grade literacy to figure how many prisons to build
