I would refuse to participate and/or leave the meeting for this part, telling them I am too busy, can’t possibly waste company time, etc. Of course, I no longer work for a F500 co. and you do, so maybe don’t do that? Total bullsh*t though-f*ck that! 😉

Good on you! I hated job & all the inane meetings. Not allowed to be on phone so I scowled off into space & said nothing. Boss once thought he could “gotcha” me by saying “well I hope we aren’t wasting Jen’s time” thinking I wasn’t listening-I immediately snapped back,“actually you are”& walked out.

It felt good for sure. Didn’t listen to my gut & took job knowing I’d hate it. Planned so I had no work left, empty desk, 0 emails, 0 calls and quit at 2pm on a Friday-no 2 week notice, no exit interview, just buh-bye forever. I was miserable so that was a big bridge I happily burned the f*ck down.🙃
