In fairness you talk about infectious disease a lot as of late and to a casual follower without context it could appear that infectious disease is anything but your least favorite thing.
If somehow, everyone could stay quarantined for, say, a year? How many infectious diseases would be gone forever? Would that be the end of tuberculosis?
Aside from tb, are there any other plagues or infectious diseases that peak your interests? The dancing mania, or dancing plague, for example. Or infected rye which caused hallucinations and may have caused or contributed greatly, to the Salem witch trials.
John, you've done a ton to raise awareness about TB, and that's amazing. Have you considered setting your sights on what COVID is *still* doing globally? The pandemic didn't go anywhere, and it is disabling millions. Long COVID is crushing people.
