Years ago, I used to be able to do the Wheel--bending over like that backwards all the way to the floor--or coming up from the floor, more likely. NO more! But I aspire.

I absolutely adore these birds. I have a slew of photos of two battling it out where they are both in all kinds of crazy positions. One is even doing a flying crane! 🤣
