God I hate that sometimes I care SO MUCH about a specific drawing that no matter what I do I know I won’t like it and it’s usually my fav characters and I’m like UGHHH WHY CANT I DRAW THEM GOOD ENOUGH aaaaaaa

I'm sure it lives in all of us.
The little voice that get's louder the more you get invested.
The one that picks at all the nits of something you care about.
I think the ability to accept and push past that voice and to keep going is what defines creativity.
It’s BECAUSE you care so much that you can’t do your favorite justice. You love it too much to want to do anything but your very best, so even a single mistake is glaringly obvious. Annoyingly it’s usually the ones I’m Meh of that people love the most. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I think that every artist should give PewDiePie's 365-Day challenge a watch. He hated most of his drawings but he pressed on and now he's really good at it.
So real. Some characters I'm so invested in, it can be so frustrating to draw because I have such a strong image of them in my head and every mistake looks huge. And when I'm done I'm almost never happy with it. It suuuuucks

That art is a skill and takes effort.
That it's not just a thing some people just poop out sometimes just to be consumed.
They avoid the goblin, they run from it.
And that's why they don't get it.
I think it's such a great way to explore and express who you are.
So many people go through life knowing so little about themselves.
Just meandering along without any curiousity.
I think everyone should have some creative outlet.
