i know the sequel left a sour taste in a lot of peoples mouths but BOTW was my comfort game when the second wave of the pandemic hit in 2021😭 i have such precious memories with this game and i still hold it super dearly to me🥹💕
It really is such a special game! I go back and still explore in TotK, but even then I'm like "did I ever see this place in BotW?" Nothing will ever beat that original playthrough exploring Hyrule in BotW. Such magical moments! Thanks for the beautiful art of these guys!🙏
I turned around on BotW a lot. It's very simple but it works nicely as it is. It's also fun for it's mysterious feel, with both recognizable places but also original ones which added to it.
Also Sheikah Tech is the coolest theme added to the series and was so sad they sidelined it in the sequel ;_;
Despite its flaws, Breath of the Wild still remains as my favourite game of all time! Playing it for the first time will always be an unforgettable experience for me.
