TBF, it's slowing down. He got up to 70k accounts blocking him quite quickly. It was 2.2k in the 24 hours before I checked yesterday, and it's about 1.6k today. He's even only the 4th most blocked person in the last 24 hours. There are almost 25M accounts and the Singal Blockers are 0.3% of them.

Well that was enlightening! I'm on a ton of lists because I followed Singal, and I'm blocked by loads of accounts. (I'm blocking zero accounts.) I think I'm ok with that. I'll probably unfollow him eventually though just because I'm not really all that interested in whatever it is he's doing.
