I had the same issue for the longest time, then I discovered audiobooks. You'd be surprised how many situations can turn into little reading sessions. Walking, commuting, doing dishes, etc.
Added bonus of habit stacking, I look forward to walks now so I can make more progress through a book.

Maybe I should try to listen to some audiobooks this month to make sure I hit my reading goal
I don’t count that as ”reading” books though. I do listen to books 😄
Though I suppose I'm less of a purist in that regard, I figure as long as I'm enjoying someone's work that's all that matters, right?
