On a more humdrum note, it's taken me multiple attempts on the chatbot merry-go-round to sort out returning the washing up bowl Amazon sent me instead of the laundry basket I ordered. Then they send me an email assuring me they are 'Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company.' Total crap all round.
